Copyright Transfer
Creative Commons with Open Access
CECCAR requires authors to transfer the copyright prior to publication of the articles, by signing the Copyright Transfer Agreement. The author warrant that his/her contribution is original, written by stated author(s), does not infringe the rights of others and that he/she has full power to transfer the Copyright. This permits CECCAR to reproduce, translate, publish, distribute and archive the articles in print and electronic form and to defend against improper use of the articles. CECCAR as copyright owner, publishes the articles under the liberal Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license, which allows users to read, download, copy, and distribute the articles, as long as the author of the original work and the publisher are cited.
An author may self-archive an author-created version of his/her article, including his/her final version, on his/her own website, his/her institutions repository and on his/her funder’s or funder’s designated repository at the funder’s request or as a result of a legal obligation. However, he/she may not archive or publish the publisher's PDF version which is posted on www.ceccarbusinessreview.ro. Furthermore, the author may only post his/her version provided that the original source of the publication is acknowledged and a link to the published article on CECCAR Business Review's website is included. The link must be accompanied by the following text: "The original publication is available at www.ceccarbusinessreview.ro".
Any another use of the article requires permission from the Publisher - CECCAR.
