Rezumat: The rapidly developing coronavirus pandemic’s footprint requires a deeper investigation in terms of the consequences on the business environment. The literature on this subject is vast, as confirmed by the present work, the unprecedented health situation creating the conditions for studies, analyses and syntheses related to the specific framework created by the crisis with resounding effects on the economic world.
