Rezumat: Considering the legislative changes regarding the monitoring on the national territory of the transport of goods with high fiscal risk and of the international transport of goods, it is necessary to know what are the obligations of the operators involved in this sector. It is also very important to know the applicable sanctions in case of non-compliance with the legal regulations in the field.
